Cornelius-based StayConnect Electrical Solutions has announced that its newest product, the Outdoor StayConnect Outlet Cover, received Best New Product in Class 2012 by the DIY Network and The National Hardware Show on May 3.  Download complete article here. 

"As an enthusiastic DIY-er, I have to say there are very few things that are more frustrating than pulling an extension cord out of the wall from a couple hundred feet away.  By the time you get all the tools you need out to the site of the actual work, the last thing you want to do (but I've done often) is walk all the way back to the receptacle because you accidentally pulled the cord from the wall.  This idea is as simple as it is genius"
